Admission Process
Applications for Papa Mālaaʻo (kindergarten) will be accepted starting January 2nd, 2025.
Children who are 5 years old, or will be turning 5 by Dec 31, 2025 are eligible to apply for kindergarten for School Year 25-26
Application steps
Complete an application form online (using the Apply Here button above) and submit it to admin@kekulaopiilani.com by March 1st, 2025.
You will receive a confirmation email when your application is received. After your application is reviewed, you will be invited for an in-person interview on our campus in March.
All applicants are encouraged to attend our Open House on February 6th, 2025. You will get a chance to meet school leadership, teachers, and take a tour of the campus.
If you would like to apply for financial aid, please indicate that on your application. Financial aid paperwork will be forwarded to you and all required documents must be submitted by May 1st, 2025.
Tuition: $8,000 (2025-2026 School Year), Grades K-5
Tuition Payment Options:
OPTION 1
Single payment plan: $8,000 (or Full Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied)
A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.
Payment for the full balance of $8,000 is due by July 20th, 2025.
OPTION 2
Bi-Annual payment plan: $4,000 (or Half of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied) is due by July 20th, 2025.
A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.
Payment for the remaining balance is due by January 20th, 2026.
A deferred payment plan fee of $25 is applied to each payment
OPTION 3
Monthly payment plan: $800 (or 1/10th of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied) is due by July 20th, 2025.
$800 per/month (or 1/10th of Tuition Amount after Financial Aid is Applied)
A $150 Non-refundable Registration Deposit for new students is required upon completion of the Enrollment Contract.
Monthly payments for the remaining balance are due by the 20th day preceding.
A deferred payment plan fee of $10 is applied monthly
